Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure adequate manpower.

  • Coordinate with central/head office regarding policy updates, reporting, and resource requirements.

  • Ensure clinic compliance with company SOPs, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.

  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the clinic facility and equipment.

  • Manage inventory of dental and office supplies, ensuring timely requisition and availability.

Staff Supervision & Development:

  • Supervise and support clinic staff including nurses, front desk personnel, and other medical support staff.

  • Conduct onboarding, training, and regular coaching to maintain service standards and clinical excellence.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, recommendations, or disciplinary actions when needed.

  • Promote teamwork and a professional working environment.

Patient Care & Customer Service:

  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality and timely service.

  • Handle patient concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and adherence to consultation time slots.

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure data privacy compliance.

Financial & Reporting Duties:

  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.

  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., patient volume, sales, inventory usage).

  • Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts for the clinic branch.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate with doctors, specialists, diagnostic teams, and management for service delivery.

  • Participate in regular meetings with management to report clinic performance and challenges.

  • Act as the main point of contact between the branch and main office regarding operations and HR concerns.

  • Perform other functions that may be designated by the immediate head

Qualifications:

  • 4 years College Graduate of any related course
  • With at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Willing to work at The Mhub 2nd Floor, Governor's Drive, General Trias, Cavite (VERA. Dental Clinic)
  • Willing to train for 12 DAYS at Unit G-04 Ground Floor, San Jose Building, Tagaytay Road, Santa Rosa, Laguna (Near AUB and Chowking)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
