Boxing Supervisor

Monitor and upgrade the performance of his / her operators in order to achieve production goalsEnsure that customer requirements are being met by close assessing on production volume with proper control on qualityControl and assigning of overtime, maximum utilization of capacity (cycle time improvement) Control the usage and requisition of production raw material > Ensure operators are well utilized on machines operationsOn stagger during operators taking breaks for urgent lotsTake actions for Quality Deviation NoticeEnsure that all machines / fixtures on the production line are in running condition by performing daily / routine checkResponsible for optimum utilization of resources (manpower, machine and materials) in meeting production schedulesDevelop, promote and implement strategies towards the continuous improvement of the following total customer satisfaction indices: QUALITY, YIELD, CYCLE TIME, SHIPMENT, AND GOOD HOUSEKEEPING PRACTICESEstablish equipment set - up to satisfy production requirement, > Define manpower deployment and scheduleCoordinate with all support groups on production requirementsSupervision of the whole tape and reel production activitiesPromotes and adheres to Company's commitment on corporate social responsibilityQUALIFICATIONS-College Graduate of any Engineering CourseAt least 2 years experience on a Supervisory level or equivalent job level from previous manufacturing environment.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:On-site parkingPaid trainingTransportation service providedWork Location: In person
