Skillset Requirements

  • Must have at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Oracle ERP Financials security administration
  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle reporting tools for access audits
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
  • Experience with Oracle Role-Based Access
  • Control (RBAC) and User Management
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Security Console
  • In depth knowledge on Oracle Fusion
  • Financials Role Management (custom job , abstract and duty roles)
  • In depth knowledge on Oracle Fusion Financials Functional and Data Privileges
  • Understanding on Oracle Fusion Audit Policies

Qualifications / Other Requirements

  • Willing to learn and work as Oracle ERP Financials Security Administrator
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow, Jira is a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle Identity Management tools and workflows
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud Security, Oracle EBS Security), preferred
  • Exposure to ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience in multi-entity or global ERP environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer and manage user roles, responsibilities, and access controls in Oracle Financials ERP across all environments and instances (Prod, QA, Dev)
  • Design and implement security-related processes aligned with Infosec governance and compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
  • Monitor and analyze system access logs and user activities for anomalies or violations
  • Maintain documentation of security configurations, access matrices, and change logs.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patches, and implementations with a focus on security impact.
  • Provide support and guidance to users on access requests and security-related issues.
  • Stay updated on Oracle ERP security best practices and emerging threats.
