What is your mission?

We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who can manage heavy data entry, validate Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure accurate product information across ERP and Agile systems. You will support Engineering, Graphics, and Sales Ops teams by maintaining clean data, processing tickets under strict deadlines, and generating reports needed for product and manufacturing decisions.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Perform heavy data entry and validate product master data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Upload, review, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) information.
  • Work within ERP/Master Data platforms such as Oracle EBS and Agile.
  • Process tickets and change requests with same-day or next-day turnaround.
  • Generate reports for stakeholders, such as item quantities and BOM details.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Graphics, and Sales Operations teams to ensure consistent product data.
  • Maintain performance metrics focused on accuracy, productivity, and timeliness.
  • Communicate through email and chat—no customer-facing duties.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Master Data Management, Product Data, or a similar function.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar).
  • Minimum 1 year of Bill of Materials (BOM) work, preferably in a product/manufacturing environment.
  • Product engineering exposure or background is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile systems and manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • QA experience is a plus.
  • Strong data accuracy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under strict turnaround times and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
