About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc.' in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of administrative assistants to provide seamless support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and mentor a team of administrative assistants, ensuring they deliver high-quality work within set deadlines
  • Allocate tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and workload
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to understand their needs and ensure administrative support is tailored to their requirements
  • Implement process improvements and streamline administrative workflows to increase efficiency
  • Manage the team's training and development, identifying and addressing skill gaps
  • Collaborate with the wider business to support cross-functional initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and streamlining administrative workflows
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
