About the role

This position reports directly to the HR Sr. Manager Business Partner. As the HR Sr. Lead, you will develop strategies to improve engagement, and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to diversity, health and wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. Your role will be pivotal in identifying areas for improvement, designing program.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance organizational culture and increase workforce satisfaction and productivity
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address employee needs, concerns and areas for improvement
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback data to measure engagement levels and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Lead the planning and execution of employee recognition events, team building activities and other initiatives that celebrate our people
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to ensure our initiatives remain innovative and effective

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business , or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement and organizational development
  • Strong communication, problem- solving, and relationship - building skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret employee feedback to drive impactful initiatives.
  • Proven track record in executing impactful engagement initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements,
