What you'll be doing

This role focuses on application support, development, and troubleshooting, ensuring efficient system functionality. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Support: Provide advanced support for enterprise applications, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Development & Scripting: Develop and enhance scripts in UNIX/Windows environments to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
  • Database Management: Design, write, and maintain SQL queries for data analysis and system integration.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring application stability and security.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, implementing creative solutions to ensure seamless operations.

What we're looking for

  • Expert in advanced UNIX and SQL.
  • At least 3 years of experience in application support or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates initiative and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently on complex issues.
  • Willing to report on a full RTO setup and shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig.
  • Can start immediately.
