About the Role

We are looking for a
highly experienced and strategic Sales Manager
to lead and expand our cement business in the Philippines. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll set the direction for sales growth, build a strong market presence, and maintain high-value customer relationships across key sectors, including construction, infrastructure, and distribution.

The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of the industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to create and execute growth strategies in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    — Develop and implement robust sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Market Development
    — Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs to drive sustainable growth.
  • Key Account Management
    — Build and nurture relationships with major clients, distributors, contractors, and government or private infrastructure partners.
  • Team Leadership
    — Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver on targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Forecasting & Reporting
    — Track sales performance, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with Plant Operations
    — Work closely with the production team in Cebu to ensure demand planning, timely supply, and optimal inventory management.
  • Competitor & Market Intelligence
    — Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of proven sales experience
    , with at least 10 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in
    cement, construction materials, building products, or related manufacturing industries
    .
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed between Makati (office), Cebu (plant), and client/project sites nationwide.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
