JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Having a bachelor's degree
  • Having at least 5 years of experience as QA Manager
  • With Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Adaptable to a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sure the quality framework is followed for the current scope and implement it for any upcoming ramp-ups.
  • Implement and keep an eye on process verification techniques. To attain process stability and reliable delivery, implement control mechanisms in the processes.
  • Determine how to measure quality and make sure that scores are raised.
  • Take part in client engagement reviews
  • Perform verification checks tailored to each engagement.
  • When implementing the modifications, address engagement-level issues and make sure the changes are maintained.
  • Encourage both top-down and bottom-up ideation to find areas where the account may be improved in order to reach the productivity improvement goals.
  • Keep an eye on the engagements' SLA performance.
