Reservations Associate

The Reservations Associate is responsible for managing guest inquiries and reservations to ensure an exceptional booking experience. This role involves providing accurate information, processing reservations promptly, and coordinating with hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Duties and Responsibilities- Handle guest inquiries and reservations through phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate information on room rates, availability, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Process, confirm, and update reservations in the system efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all reservation details are properly documented.
- Assist in monitoring daily occupancy, cancellations, and no-shows to optimize revenue.
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve booking-related issues in a professional manner.
- Support in preparing reservation reports and forecasts as required.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is an advantage.
- Customer service experience in a hotel or related industry is preferred but not required.
- Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
