Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for ESL teachers.
  • Develop and implement training modules, lesson frameworks, and teaching resources.
  • Mentor and coach teachers to enhance their teaching effectiveness and classroom management.
  • Observe ESL classes and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure training programs align with organizational standards and best practices in ESL education.
  • Support curriculum development and academic quality assurance initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest ESL methodologies, teaching tools, and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Graduates of any 4-year course are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in ESL teaching and/or training facilitation (preferred).
  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent (advantage).
  • Licensed Professional Teacher (advantage).
  • Proven experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
