About the role

Mega English Online Inc. is seeking experienced UI UX Designers to join our growing team. As a UI UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our online English language learning platform. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and create user-centric designs
  • Design and prototype responsive user interfaces that optimise the user experience
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile app design projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and visual design
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and design thinking frameworks
