Reimbursement Supervisor

Job Description:
The Reimbursement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the preparation, submission, and review of hospital cost reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team focused on reimbursement processes. This role requires collaboration with internal finance, accounting, and operational teams, as well as interaction with external auditors, regulators, and payers. The supervisor will analyze financial data, monitor revenue cycle performance, and ensure timely resolution of appeals and audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team responsible for cost report preparation, submission, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage regulatory audits, appeals, and related processes
- Review and analyze complex cost reports (Medicare Parts A and B, Medicaid) and supporting schedules
- Perform variance analysis and identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle performance
- Prepare dashboards, visual reports, and other analyses for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of direct leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle and/or healthcare finance (accounting, analytics, Excel)
- Experience managing regulatory audits and appeals processes
- Background in cost report reimbursement
- Extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex cost reports (Medicare Parts A and B, Medicaid) and related schedules
Skills & Tools:
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and creating dashboards/visualizations
- Proficiency with accounting tools/software
- Ability to perform variance analysis and financial reviews
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leads
Preferred Experience:
- Regulatory and appeals experience
- Experience in hospital billing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php120, Php140,000.00 per month
