DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Implement work methods as well as standard operating procedures High Record every weighing transaction and its details
  2. Coordination with colleagues/immediately report any concerns about the operation
  3. Endorsement of weighing transaction to assigned personnel for ticketing
  4. Responsible for maintaning the cleanliness and orderliness of the working station Ensure to file properly DTR, Timesheet and overtime
  5. Ensure that forms used in the operation are accomplished properly
  6. Suggest ideas and improvement for the operation
  7. Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
  8. Observe safety and assess hazards in working station
  9. Ensure visibility on the assigned post
  10. Observe proper decorum during duty
  11. Practice good customer service at all times, speak politely with customers/motorists

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education:

  • Possesses Bachelor's Degree in any field

B. Experience:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong execution skills
