Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – Food and Beverage is responsible for generating sales, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts within the F&B sector. This includes promoting a wide range of food and beverage products such as frozen meats, seafood, deli items, dairy, dry goods, beverages, water, and wines. The role involves strategic selling, account management, market development, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Client Development
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers (restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, catering companies, etc.).
- Present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell additional products.
2. Product Promotion and Brand Representation
- Promote a diverse portfolio of food and beverage items including:
- Frozen meat and seafood
- Deli and dairy products
- Dry goods and pantry items
- Bottled water, juices, and alcoholic beverages (e.g., wines)
- Represent the company at trade shows, food expos, and client presentations.
3. Sales Planning and Target Achievement
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust efforts accordingly to hit KPIs.
- Report sales trends, customer feedback, and market movements to management.
4. Order Management and Customer Support
- Process and coordinate orders with the logistics and warehouse teams.
- Ensure accurate delivery and address post-sale customer concerns or issues.
- Follow up on collections and payment schedules when needed.
5. Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and new product developments in the food and beverage industry.
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve product positioning and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry or FMCG sector.
- Existing client base in the F&B or hospitality sector is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Basic product knowledge in food categories and wine/beverage handling is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and highly organized.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based or on-the-go schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
