Job Description
The Executive Chef supports the Corporate Executive Chef in overseeing and managing all kitchen operations across the property, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Completed at least two (2) years of college education or a vocational/technical culinary course.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a fine dining or hotel restaurant setting.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in basic English communication.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
Computer literate with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and budgets effectively.
Works well under pressure; proactive, adaptable, dependable, and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
Willing to be assigned in the province- Palawan or Bohol
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
