Full-Time Financial / Data Analyst (Startup – Cavite Based)

Location: Molino 3 Bacoor, Cavite (Startup office setup – house-based, not corporate)

Employment Type: Probationary (3–6 months), with potential for regularization

About Us

We are a startup eCommerce business just starting our journey. Our office setup is lean (house-based for now), but our goals are serious. We need a Financial / Data Analyst who can help us make smarter, data-driven decisions through dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards for:
  • Sales and revenue performance
  • Ad spend and ROAS tracking
  • RTS (Return-to-Sender) monitoring and analysis
  • Cash flow and expense projections
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Work independently and help shape our reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or a related course.
  • Strong in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a startup environment.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • Salary depending on experience - (startup probationary rate).
  • Performance incentives & milestone bonuses for building dashboards and providing actionable insights.
  • Salary review after 6 months based on results.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities when company profit goals are achieved.
