The Business Analyst is responsible for integrating and analyzing data from multiple marketing and CRM platforms to generate actionable insights. The role develops robust data pipelines, standardized tracking frameworks, and dynamic reporting tools to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies, enabling data-driven decisions for marketing and sales teams. Responsibilities Aggregate, clean, and synthesize data from marketing/CRM platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with data analytics teams to build a unified view of campaign and sales performance. Design and enforce UTM governance and standardized tracking links for reliable data capture. Implement campaign frameworks and standardized KPIs to measure marketing performance. Create and maintain dashboards and scorecards using Tableau (required). Deliver regular, client-ready performance reports that integrate manual and automated insights. Analyze conversion paths, attribution models, and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align analytics with business goals. Maintain data integrity and uphold best practices in reporting and data governance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of six (6) years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or campaign reporting. Experience using GA4, Cvent, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Brightcove, Hubspot, and Salesforce platforms. Uses Excel to perform complex data manipulation and generate detailed reports. Builds dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools. Applies analytical and data interpretation skills to identify trends and actionable insights. Brings background in B2B marketing analytics (FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise marketing preferred). Works with web tracking, tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and marketing automation platforms. Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
