Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Ortigas/Makati/Angeles/Mabalacat/Davao/Cebu/Bacolod

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

A Manual Review Processor is responsible for auditing and verifying data entries encoded by Data Encoders, ensuring accuracy and compliance before the information proceeds to the next process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of auditing and data validation practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work with complex data sets, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct manual reviews of data entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.

● Verify the eligibility of data for processing and ensure it meets the requirements for payment by the system.

● Cross-check data against source documents and identify any discrepancies or errors.

● Determine whether the data entries fall within the scope of what can be processed and paid by the system.

● Communicate effectively with Data Encoders and other team members to clarify and resolve any data-related issues or concerns.

● Maintain accurate records of audit results and document any discrepancies or corrective actions taken.

● Provide feedback and recommendations for improving data entry processes and practices.

● Ensure that all documentation and audit trails are readily available for management review and compliance purposes.

● Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to auditing and data validation.

● Engage in cross-training to support workload balance and adapt to shifting demands.

● Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in data processing.

Qualification and requirements:

● Education: a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration.

● Experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

● Effective time management and organizational skills.

● Familiarity with data processing and office software.

● Amenable to changes in schedule, including availability for day shifts, mid shifts, and overnight shifts if required

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in data processing and office software (e.g., Excel, databases)
  • Schedule flexibility, including availability for day, mid, and overnight shifts including weekend and working on PH Holidays
