Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will support core accounting operations by preparing accurate financial reports, reconciling ledgers, and improving reporting processes through templates and workbooks. You'll work closely with leadership to drive compliance, support audits, and ensure financial integrity across the business.

Shift: Night shift (Mondays to Fridays) Core Hours: 8am to 5pm CST (10pm to 7am Manila) Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience (preferably in healthcare)
• CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to create and implement templates and improve accounting processes

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
• Develop and implement templates and workbooks to enhance reporting efficiency
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and actively participating in audit discussions
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices
• Provide mentorship and support to junior accounting staff
