Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for billing and liquidation procedures
  • Process and record liquidation transactions in accordance with company policy
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting and Operations, etc.) to ensure billing accuracy
  • Generate regular financial and operational reports related to billing and liquidation
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in billing, liquidation, or related accounting roles. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics, freight and brokerage setting
