Billing Associate/Staff

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for billing and liquidation procedures
- Process and record liquidation transactions in accordance with company policy
- Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting and Operations, etc.) to ensure billing accuracy
- Generate regular financial and operational reports related to billing and liquidation
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in billing, liquidation, or related accounting roles. Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in logistics, freight and brokerage setting
