Technical Competency Requirements
- Payroll Processing & Employee Contributions – Understanding of payroll computation, deductions, and compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
- HR Documentation & Compliance – Experience in contract processing, DOLE reporting, and accreditation documentation.
- Administrative & Records Management – Ability to organize, file, and maintain financial and HR records.
- Employee Onboarding & Orientation – Knowledge of onboarding procedures and workplace policies.
- Financial Data Encoding & Reporting – Proficiency in maintaining payroll reports, deductions, and compliance records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR, or administrative work.
- Familiarity with government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
- Proficiency in MS Office and payroll/accounting software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
