Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR, or administrative work.
  • Familiarity with government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll/accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
