Summary:

The role focuses on handling voice-based client support for financial and investment accounts. You will assist clients and financial advisors with account inquiries, transactions, and basic investment information while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from clients and financial advisors
  • Answer questions about investment accounts, balances, and transactions
  • Research and resolve customer concerns following standard processes
  • Provide clear and accurate financial information
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of calls and cases
  • Work closely with the team to meet service and quality standards

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • At least 2 years of voice account experience (financial experience preferred)
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
  • Amenable to graveyard/night shift

Qualifications

Education:

  • Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or College Undergraduate (any course)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years BPO/Contact Center experience
  • Experience handling financial, wealth, or investment accounts is a plus

  • Professional, flexible, and open to feedback

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration principles and best practices.
  • Experience in implementing cloud migration projects.
  • Knowledge of private and public cloud technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
