Sr. Lead Technician

Manila Central Post Office, Philippines Facilities Managers Inc. Full time ₱335,064 per year
  • Inspecting buildings regularly to identify any structural issues or malfunctions within the building systems
  • Designing and implementing plans for building systems such as electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on building systems
  • Ensuring the building complies with all health and safety regulations
  • Supervising and managing building maintenance staff and contractors
  • Coordinating with architects and construction teams on new building projects
  • Maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work conducted in the building
  • Responding to emergency situations or breakdowns within the building and organizing swift solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of electrical/mechanical course or its equivalent.
  • With driver's license.
  • With at least 2-3 years related work experience.
  • Registered Electrical or Mechanical engineer is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php27,972.00 per month
