What You'll Do:

  • Foster open interactions with buyers, sellers, and brokers by establishing regular communication channels, offering additional support beyond the basic sales process, and seeking feedback to improve services and enhance relationships.
  • Guide interested buyers through the reservation process by understanding buyers' needs and budgetary requirements, providing clear instructions and a list of basic requirements necessary to reserve a unit.
  • Provide after-sales support and assistance to buyers by updating them on the progress and timeline of their unit or project, and sharing updated account statuses and information on payment transactions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Administration, or Marketing
  • At least 1 year of Marketing, Sales, or Retail experience. Experience working in Real Estate will be an advantage
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Emphatic, people-oriented and has the ability to manage work under pressure
  • Perform tasks with utmost integrity and honesty
