Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal departments.

II. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients for trade-related sale of goods and non-trade income. 2. Closely coordinate with GA-Accounts Receivable and Treasury-Credits and Collection to follow up on outstanding payments. 3. Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. 4. Maintain billing records and documentation for audits and reporting. 5. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy. 6. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing. 7. Generate reports on billing activities and account statuses. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. 9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

III. Qualifications and Education Requirements Education: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.

IV. Preferred Skills Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., ACUMATICA). Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations, particularly in accounting standard on Revenue Recognition.
