About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-growing marketing and partner operations teams. This role focuses on campaign coordination, creative production, and partner marketing fulfillment.

You'll collaborate across marketing, design, and partner ops to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth campaign execution. If you love bringing structure to creative processes and enjoy managing details, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across content, design, and partner channels.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables in ClickUp and maintain clear reporting dashboards.
  • Oversee production and shipment of marketing materials through Zazzle and Vistaprint.
  • Apply partner branding (logos, QR codes, referral codes) and track fulfillment status.
  • Create clear and detailed creative briefs for design and video projects.
  • Manage the marketing content library across Google Drive, Canva, and ClickUp.
  • Schedule and coordinate posts with the Social Media Team via Metricool or Publer.
  • Handle vendor orders, approvals, and invoices while maintaining expense trackers.
  • Support ongoing process improvements for campaign and fulfillment workflows.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years in marketing coordination, campaign operations, or partner marketing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative and operational teams

Preferred:

  • Experience with affiliate or partner marketing programs
  • Familiarity with print production or marketing logistics
  • Basic understanding of analytics or performance reporting
