Job description

The Finance Staff – Cashier is responsible for accurately receiving and processing payments related to real estate sales, including reservation fees, down payments, amortizations, and site water collections. This includes issuing official receipts, handling cash and checks, preparing deposit slips, and submitting daily cash reports.

The role involves encoding all transactions in SAP, ensuring accuracy in sales and cash inflow entries, and reconciling collections with sales transmittals. As PDC Custodian, the cashier verifies, secures, and monitors post-dated checks in SAP and coordinates with the Credit & Collection Officer on bounced checks.

The cashier also coordinates with Sales, Documentation, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits through proper documentation. Strong customer service, compliance with company policies, and accuracy in financial reporting are essential to this role.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in management accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate welcome to apply

Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or in a related finance/treasury function, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.

Technical Skills:

Knowledgeable in SAP (especially in modules related to Finance, Treasury, and Sales).

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Knowledge of cash handling, OR issuance, and basic reconciliation processes.
