Job Overview:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Cashiers with light Barista tasks to join our team This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, handling transactions, and assisting in beverage preparation. Whether you have experience or not, we provide training to help you grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cashiering duties accurately, including taking orders and processing payments
- Assist in preparing basic coffee and non-coffee beverages (training provided)
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
- Support store operations such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies
- Follow company standards for customer interaction and beverage handling
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level
- With or without experience (cashier or barista background is a plus)
- Must be neat, well-groomed, and presentable
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can handle a fast-paced work environment
- Basic math skills for cashiering preferred
