We're seeking a skilled
SAP Production Planning Analyst (Level 2)
to provide functional support within the Production Planning (PP) and broader Supply Chain modules (MM, WM) of SAP . You'll be working with a US healthcare leader employing over 90,000 people worldwide (including 700+ in the Philippines), ensuring reliable and efficient SAP systems that support global operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for SAP PP, MM, and WM users worldwide
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs
  • Identify and design enhancements for production planning and supply chain processes
  • Deliver configuration and documentation for SAP solutions
  • Train users on SAP processes and maintain process documentation
  • Support compliance with Change Management, SOX, ITIL, and CSV requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' SAP PP/MM/WM support experience with configuration knowledge
  • Strong experience in Production Planning (Discrete Industries) and SAP QM
  • Familiarity with LSMW, IDOCs, and integration with other modules (SD, FI)
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience in ITIL environments and tools like ServiceNow
