About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Best Reliable Resources Internationale' in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate can start immediately.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming visitors and clients in a warm and courteous manner
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintaining a well-organised reception area and ensuring it is presentable at all times
  • Providing administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  • Assisting with general office tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role
  • Fluency in English and the local language
