About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engr.) to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is a crucial role within our growing Construction organisation, playing a key part in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, estimates and cost analyses for electrical construction projects
  2. Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive budgets and schedules
  3. Review and negotiate subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness
  4. Monitor project costs and variations, providing regular updates and recommendations
  5. Support the tendering process by preparing tender documents and cost breakdowns
  6. Assist with the preparation of progress claims and final accounts
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our estimating and cost management processes

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices
