Job Summary:
As the Territory Accounts Specialist or Trade Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring flawless execution of our products at the store level. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make sure that shoppers can see, touch, and experience our products through excellent displays, a complete must-carry assortment, and accurate planograms.
This position requires a high level of personal accountability and a strong drive to achieve goals. Every correct execution directly contributes to sales growth.
Top 3 Accountabilities
1. Product Availability and Distribution
- Ensure 100% availability of must-carry SKUs approved at the Customer HO level down to the branch level.
- Monitor distribution in listed stores and ensure timely delivery, especially for customers with centralized distribution centers.
- Check and monitor stock weights, influencing branches to generate orders or request stock transfers when needed.
- Inspect store warehouses for available stocks and ensure they are displayed in the selling area.
2. Excellence in Retail Execution
- Champion the implementation and maintenance of Retail Execution Standards or Picture of Success (PicOS), ensuring compliance with Display Location, Planogram, Tactical Display Units, and Promotions.
- Coordinate closely with third-party merchandising agencies to address execution and availability gaps at the outlet level.
- Regularly visit and monitor top customer branches to ensure 100% compliance with established retail standards or Picture of Success.
3. Commercial Operations
- Adhere to standard Sales Operations processes such as the Monthly Call Plan, Daily Activity Report, and other required reports.
- Align route plans with assigned provincial distributors to maximize trips per day.
- Influence the extension of display modules at the store level, particularly in outlets with limited home aisle space.
- Safeguard and maintain assigned tools of trade.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Provide services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- With at least one (1) year of experience in field sales or equivalent, preferably from the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Flexible and willing to do field work within assigned areas.
