Territory Sales Asst. Manager

Job Description
- Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
- Update Territory Sales Manager (TSM) by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Serves a translator between the TSM and Filipino employees.
- Prepares sales representation by compiling data, and developing formats, and materials.
- Assist TSM in leading, managing, and developing employees' performances in every department.
- Assist TSM in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc. measure and track results.
- Train and guide sales staff to focus on the store's sales strategies as per company standards.
- Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
- Formulate, implement and execute policies, procedures and sales strategies in the region. Helps increase sales revenue in the region.
- Build good relationships with clients/dealers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordination with different departments in the office, such as Admin, Marketing, Accounts, Aftersales and other office or HQ department and personnel.
- Assist TSM for overall implementation of policies in the region.
- Participate in product launches, promotions and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stocks inventory throughout store.
- Perform ad hoc tasks given by TSM.
Job Qualification
- Basic to conversational proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to support translation and day-to-day communication needs.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, and flexible in learning and applying new skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to do field works in Cebu area.
