Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly analytical Growth & Performance Marketer to own paid social strategy, drive CAC efficiency, and lead the full experimentation pipeline across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to translate data into actionable, revenue-producing marketing decisions.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling high-performing paid campaigns — while partnering with the content team to create winning creatives that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Strategy & Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Own CAC performance and work toward the company's ~$100 CPA target
  • Conduct systematic A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages, hooks,
  • formats)
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily/weekly performance metrics
  • Identify new channel opportunities, audiences, and growth loops

Creative Strategy & Funnel Optimization

  • Develop creative briefs for UGC creators and internal content resources
  • Work closely with the Content & Influencer Producer to generate high-performing assets
  • Test hooks, copy variations, angles, and CTAs
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion: copy, layout, sequencing, messaging
  • Identify friction points in the funnel and propose fixes

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Build weekly performance dashboards and summaries for leadership
  • Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
  • Track attribution, pixel events, audience performance, frequency, and learning phases
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis

Growth Experimentation

  • Propose and run continuous growth experiments across ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences
  • Maintain a structured experiment pipeline with hypotheses, success metrics, and post-mortems
  • Identify scalable levers to reduce CAC and increase LTV

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years experience in growth, paid social, or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads
  • Experience running TikTok Ads strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills — comfort with data, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards
  • Experience working with UGC content, influencers, or creator-led ads
  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, and conversion events
  • Ability to self-manage, move fast, and operate with minimal oversight
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • AI-first mindset (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) is a major plus
  • Must be comfortable working U.S. hours

Compensation

$12–$18/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated performance in Meta

campaigns.
