Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can drive performance marketing, produce high-velocity content using AI tools, manage influencer outreach, and execute campaigns end-to-end.

This is not a coordination role — it is a full-stack execution role for someone who can think strategically while owning the daily work of ads, content, and growth experiments.

You will be the primary marketing engine for a fast-scaling U.S. startup.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Meta / TikTok)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ads, TikTok ads, and paid social campaigns
  • Build & test audiences, creatives, hooks, landing pages
  • Manage CAC and work toward the company's ~$100 CPA goal
  • Generate weekly performance reports & insights

AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Produce short-form content (video scripts, AI-generated variations, UGC briefs, social posts)
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, Descript, Midjourney to accelerate production
  • Create a consistent testing pipeline for new ideas, hooks, ad angles

Influencer & Creator Management

  • Identify, qualify, and outreach to creators & influencers
  • Manage negotiations, deliverables, and UGC pipeline
  • Track performance, cost per UGC asset, engagement

Social Media Execution

  • Improve content velocity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • Manage posting calendars and engagement
  • Repurpose winning content across platforms

Strategy & Growth Ownership

  • Partner closely with the CEO to refine strategy based on real user data
  • Run experiments across funnels, messaging, positioning, landing page copy
  • Recommend new channels, partnerships, or creator strategies

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or paid social
  • Proven experience in Meta Ads
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok & Instagram short-form formats
  • Experience running influencer outreach or UGC workflows
  • Excellent content instincts + ability to iterate rapidly
  • AI-native mindset (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
  • Extremely comfortable owning strategy → execution end-to-end
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and can self-manage
  • Exceptional English writing and storytelling skills
  • Willing to work U.S. time zones

Compensation

$14–$18/hour depending on performance marketing depth, content production

capability, and track record with Meta Ads.
