About the role

Green Origin is seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our Warehousing and Distribution department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately receiving, storing, and issuing stock items according to established processes
  • Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain tight inventory control
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch
  • Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues in the inventory management system
  • Providing support to the Warehouse Manager and team in daily operations
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehousing/logistics role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and technology
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and distribution processes
