Marketing Intern

Position Summary: We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern who's eager to grow in brand building, content creation, and campaign execution. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, craft content plans for multiple brands, and support ongoing campaigns across various platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience working on active brands and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Work On:

  • Assist in creating collaterals for several brands, including social media graphics, presentations, product sheets, and promotional materials
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content plans for multiple brands, aligning with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
  • Assist in writing engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure brand consistency across all outputs
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide content and campaign strategies
  • Support the marketing team in executing online and offline campaigns
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Some experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (internship, freelance, coursework, or personal projects welcome)
  • Comfortable using Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and at least one of: Photoshop, Illustrator, or basic video editing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bonus if fluent in additional languages)
  • Basic understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing trends
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively with a team
  • Bonus points: familiarity with paid ads, SEO, or email marketing

Internship Details:

  • Minimum duration: 3 months
  • Type: Open to part-time or full-time interns
  • Allowance: ₱5,000–₱15,000 per month (depending on availability, skills, & performance)
  • Eligibility:
  • Open to students fulfilling academic internship requirements (MOA signing supported)
  • Open to non-students or fresh grads passionate about marketing and gaining real-world experience
