About the role

As a Fleet Officer at Team Ridemax Philippines', you will play a vital role in managing the company's fleet of vehicles. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles to meet customer demands
  • Monitoring vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel consumption to maintain optimal fleet performance
  • Collaborating with the operations team to address any issues or challenges related to the fleet
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, costs, and other relevant data
  • Identifying opportunities for fleet optimization and making recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Providing support and guidance to the driving team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools
