  • Conduct orientation, training, and performance evaluations of nursing staff
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
  • Manage nursing supplies, medications, and equipment inventory
  • Implement infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance programs
  • Address patient concerns and resolve staff-related issues professionally
  • Prepare reports and submit recommendations to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
