What you'll focus on

As a Global Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in helping us expand and improve our logistics partner network. You'll be diving into data, building out partner databases, and supporting our team on everything from rate benchmarking to performance monitoring.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting our Central Operations team across partner management and network development (Fulfilment, Last Mile, International shipping—you name it)Building and maintaining our partner database across various logistics servicesDoing ad hoc analyses to help with pricing, performance, and profitabilityKeeping documentation tidy and up-to-date (rates, SLAs, contracts)Assisting in pricing new services and proposalsMonitoring performance metrics for partnersPitching in with other operational projects when needed
