Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategy leadership in credit management
  • Monitor credit risks of customers which involved analyzing financial and setting appropriate strategy on the recoveries
  • Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare a report on the highest-risk accounts, including recommendations for resolution.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and motivate the team to provide excellent management services.
  • Ensuring that the outstanding debts are collected timely and within various KPIs set.
  • Follow up closely with staff on collection. Set individual KPI for staffs on their managed portfolio.
  • Furnish weekly or monthly reports as necessary

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in a collection environment—handling abandoned or delinquent accounts is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of credit management and implementation.
  • Ability to supervise, manage, and motivate staff to meet deadlines as well as to analyze situations and decisions.
  • Team player with the ability to work comfortably across functional groups within the organization with strong business skills.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
