Job Description / Overview:

ASG Platform is accepting applications for a 2-Year AI-Driven Solution Architect Residency. This is a paid, full-time residency designed to develop professionals who can design, direct, and own AI-driven systems, rather than focus on manual coding. Candidates will work on architecture, system-level decision-making, AI tool management, and production-level projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Break down complex technical and business problems
  • Design solution architectures (workflows, data flows, decision logic)
  • Direct AI tools and validate outputs for correctness, edge cases, and scalability
  • Participate in architecture discussions and planning sessions
  • Gradually take ownership of production-level systems

Qualifications / Who This Is For:

  • Fast learners and systems thinkers
  • Comfortable with AI-driven workflows
  • Prefer responsibility over step-by-step guidance
  • Want long-term relevance in an AI-first tech landscape

Not a Fit If:

  • Prefer traditional developer roles
  • Want primarily manual coding
  • Resist AI or automation
  • Have only built single-user apps or basic websites

Evaluation / Selection:

  • Based on learning speed, reasoning, attention to detail, judgment, and adaptability
  • All assessments are paid; results are pass/fail
  • Highly selective; most applicants will not pass
