Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, chats, or emails related to insurance policies (life, health, auto, or general insurance).
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding policy coverage, premium payments, billing, renewals, claims, and account updates.
  • Provide accurate product and service information while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Process policy applications, endorsements, cancellations, or claims as required.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including cross-selling or upselling additional insurance products (for sales-focused campaigns).
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and handle all information in line with data protection policies.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of college education or a high school graduate with relevant BPO/insurance experience.
  • Previous experience in insurance (sales, customer service, or claims) preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good problem-solving, active listening, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
