Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the clinic's sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify target markets, patient segments, and growth opportunities for clinic services.
  • Prepare annual and monthly marketing calendars and budgets.
Sales Support & Revenue Growth
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to support patient acquisition and corporate account growth.
  • Design marketing campaigns to support new services, packages, promos, and clinic expansions.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent branding across all clinic marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Protect and enhance the clinic's brand reputation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, website content, online ads, and email campaigns.
  • Manage traditional marketing efforts such as flyers, posters, clinic signage, events, and community outreach.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, agencies, and creatives as needed.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, schools, LGUs, and community organizations.
  • Represent the clinic in health fairs, medical missions, and promotional events.
Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to analyze patient trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights to management.
  • Track key metrics such as patient volume growth, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and guide marketing staff, coordinators, or consultants.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and proper documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented businesses.
  • Strong understanding of sales-driven marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and medical teams.
