Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the clinic's sales goals and revenue targets.
- Identify target markets, patient segments, and growth opportunities for clinic services.
- Prepare annual and monthly marketing calendars and budgets.
- Work closely with the Sales Department to support patient acquisition and corporate account growth.
- Design marketing campaigns to support new services, packages, promos, and clinic expansions.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistent branding across all clinic marketing materials and communication channels.
- Protect and enhance the clinic's brand reputation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, website content, online ads, and email campaigns.
- Manage traditional marketing efforts such as flyers, posters, clinic signage, events, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, agencies, and creatives as needed.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, schools, LGUs, and community organizations.
- Represent the clinic in health fairs, medical missions, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to analyze patient trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights to management.
- Track key metrics such as patient volume growth, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
- Supervise and guide marketing staff, coordinators, or consultants.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, clinics, or service-oriented businesses.
- Strong understanding of sales-driven marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and medical teams.
