Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the brand marketing team, ensuring they meet performance goals and foster creativity within their roles.
  • Retail-specific campaigns: Develop marketing strategies tailored to the fast-paced retail environment, leveraging seasonal trends, product launches, and in-store experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail sectors such as apparel, footwear, lifestyle products, or consumer goods. Fashion merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategies, influencer collaborations, digital campaigns, and media buying.
  • Proven ability to drive campaigns from concept to execution, particularly in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Innovative, data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding retail consumer behavior and trends.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Filipino is a plus, particularly for local campaigns.
