Job Description
As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, manage incident tickets, collaborate with users, perform upgrades, and provide timely solutions that keep global teams productive across digital platforms.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift, shifting schedule (depending on US timezone coverage), Mondays to Fridays, Weekends Off
Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role as a Service Desk Technician or IT Support Specialist
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in a dynamic environment
- Possess advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Adept at multitasking and managing priorities
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and administration
Your Daily Tasks
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across Windows and Mac operating systems
- Assist users with IT-related incidents promptly and effectively
- Take ownership of issues and perform root cause analysis
- Implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service quickly
- Escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate support teams
- Record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk ticketing system
- Resolve incidents and perform software and hardware upgrades
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate and resolve technical issues
- Evaluate systems and user needs to recommend and implement changes
- Apply network troubleshooting techniques as needed
