About the Role
Are you an AI-savvy creative with a passion for turning prompts into visually stunning and engaging content? We're building a world-class video and social media creative team—and we're hiring two AI Prompt Engineers to bring ideas to life using the latest generative AI tools.
You'll join a remote-first, collaborative environment where innovation, storytelling, and viral media intersect. This is a 1-year full-time contract with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Use and combine multiple AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Kaiber, etc.) to create high-quality short-form content (video, image, audio, text).

• Design prompt frameworks and production pipelines that ensure creative consistency and speed.

• Troubleshoot AI tool limitations and think creatively to work around them.

• Work closely with content writers and social strategists to align visuals with viral storytelling formats.

• Maintain an evolving library of prompts, workflows, and reference styles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using AI tools for creative production (image/video/audio/text).

• Proficiency in at least 5 AI apps, such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Kaiber, D-ID, etc.

• Strong understanding of tone, style, and branding for short-form content.

• Ability to mix and match tools to create polished, platform-ready output.

• A portfolio or sample of AI-generated content (images, short videos, prompt templates).

• Good communication and self-management skills in a remote environment.
