Bonus Skills (Not required, but priority given to applicants with these):
Basic knowledge of Spanish (Deepl translation; no need for full fluency)
Knowledge in holistic/wellness topics, especially niche or lesser-known remedies
Example: Ginger root aids digestion by boosting nutrient absorption
Example: Miswak sticks fight tartar and plaque with natural antimicrobial agents
Bonus: Knowledge of very niche or unknown holistic/wellness tips (e.g., rare traditional remedies or obscure health practices)
Expertise in beauty/fashion (e.g., skincare tips like using vitamin C serum for hyperpigmentation)
Experience with animal health/wellness (e.g., dogs need daily exercise to reduce stress and excessive chewing)
Travel tips (e.g., Japan has a lower obesity rate compared to the U.S.)
Responsibilities: Content Creation and Management
Post a set number of TikTok slideshows per account based on daily tasks
English copywriting: hooks, scripts, creative writing, storytelling, sparking emotion, and effective CTAs
Create, replicate, and format TikTok slideshows using content inspiration
Source, find, and upscale images from Pinterest or the internet using Canva
Perform split-testing by replicating content on multiple accounts
Conduct simple research on topics like "wellness tips" or "health tips"
Simplify complex information so that it's easy to understand
Use a VPN to post content on U.S. servers
Monitor viral accounts/content on burner accounts and share with the team via Google Docs

Advanced Skills (Preferred for later stages of the role):
Ability to create AI-generated images using Midjourney
Proficient in crafting successful prompts for AI-generated content

Compensation Overview:
Base Pay: $320 per month
Payment Method: Preferably PayPal
Pay Cycle: 30-day periods

Work Schedule:
While the workload needs to be spread throughout the day to align with TikTok's algorithm (avoiding content blocks), you have full flexibility to choose your hours.
Work is expected every day, but you can plan ahead and draft content for days off. Tasks include daily posting, with freedom to distribute work as you see fit.
