We are looking for a dedicated Assessment Specialist Management Team Administrator to join our team and assist in the efficient and accurate administration of if Key processes within the Assessment Management team.

What will you do as an
Assessment Specialist Management Team Administrator?
Reporting to the Assessment Specialist Commissioning Manager, your accountabilities will include:
- Commissioning and Payments: You will commission Assessment Specialists for a variety of tasks throughout the year and liaise with Finance to pay them upon completion.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate data to be used to commission and pay Assessment Specialists & extract reporting as required.
- Communication and Support: Liaise with internal and external customers to support key commissioning processes, deliver a positive user experience
- Project Involvement: Support with the implementation and documentation of user-friendly working instructions and guidelines for operational processes. Contribute to bespoke projects.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Comfortable working with data, including research, analysis, and visualization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word including mailmerge.
- Have a keen attention to detail, can identify inconsistencies in data, and have experience creating and proofreading written communications for international teams and external customer
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Have 1 to 2 years of proven administration experience, ideally in data management.
- Knowledge in Power BI
